This notice explains how Poker Tiling Manager uses personal information when you purchase, activate, and use the software.

1. Information we use

We use your email address, a securely hashed version of your password, licence and activation status, a generated device identifier and device name, sign-in security information, and limited purchase records such as the Stripe checkout reference, currency, amount, and payment status.

2. Why we use it

We use this information to fulfil your purchase, create and protect your account, bind a licence to an authorised device, prevent unauthorised sharing, validate sessions, respond to support requests, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Poker Tiling Manager does not receive or store your complete card number. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy notice.

4. Storage and security

Licence records are stored in managed hosted storage. Passwords are salted and hashed; active sessions use signed time-limited tokens; web account sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies. No security system is infallible, but access is restricted and reasonable safeguards are used.

5. Sharing

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the product, including payment and hosting providers, or when required by law. Personal information is not sold.

6. Retention

Account and transaction records are retained for as long as needed to provide the licence, support customers, maintain security, and meet accounting or legal requirements. Records that are no longer required may be deleted or anonymised.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to uses of your personal information. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.

8. Cookies

The public product pages do not use advertising cookies. When you sign in on the website, a strictly necessary secure session cookie is used so the site can recognise your account.
